Search for the doubly charmed baryon Ω+cc

A search for the doubly charmed baryon $\it{\Omega}_{cc}^{+}$ with decay mode $\it{\Omega}_{cc}^{+}\to\it{\Xi}_c^{+}K^{-}\pi^{+}$ is performed using proton-proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 13$\mathrm{\,Te\kern -0.1em V}$ collected by LHCb experiment from 2016 to 2018, corresponding an integrated luminosity $5.4\,\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$. No significant signal observed within invariant mass range 3.6 4.0$\mathrm{\,Ge\kern V}/c^2$. Upper limits are set on ratio $R$ production cross-section times total branching fraction respect $\it{\Xi}_{cc}^{++}\to\it{\Lambda}_c^{+}K^{-}\pi^{+}\pi^{+}$ decay. 95% credibility level in $0.005$ $0.11$ obtained different hypotheses and lifetime rapidity 2.0 4.5 transverse momentum 4 15$\mathrm{\,Ge\kern V}/c$.
